The Kabbalah is the first album in The Mystic Pathways series. This series is a collection of ancient traditions brought into a modern setting as a meditation tool based on the five elements - Earth, Water, Fire, Air and Spirit. The first part The Kabbalah opens with an introduction to the elements to set the parameters. Next there are two exercises: 1) bringing the light down through the body then back up to the head and 2) an uplifting process of self transformation.

The second part The Zodiac flows through each of the 12 signs followed by an embracing of the universe and feeling the whole Zodiac coming alive within as it is without. The Mystic Pathways series is as diverse and colourful as the elements themselves and each tradition offers a well trodden insight into these ancient practices. With the music and the spoken visualisations there is a complete package for exploring and transforming consciousness.

This three album series was originally commissioned for the written visualisations in the the book Music For Inner Space by Nevill Drury for release in Europe. The Series serves as a multifaceted path through the worlds of illusion, glamour and maya, initiating the listener onto various pathways to higher realms.

Using the 5 elements as signposts, each of the 5 traditions provide a different perspective up the Magic Mountain. Because these albums contain such diverse, vibrant and dynamic material (two of these titles have two different traditions in each title), there are twice as many audio samples for the Kabbalah/Zodiac and Egyptian/Kundalini. (The Kundalini process is actually used in universities as part of the Sociology and Anthropology degree courses.)

Transformation
Sit relaxed in a comfortable chair with your hands resting on your knees and close your eyes. Feel the solidity of your chair and imagine that, like a king or queen seated on a throne, you are surveying your domain - the world around you.

Now imagine that your throne is gradually transforming into a chariot. Wheels manifest on each side and two majestic winged horses appear before you - one white, the other black. They now prepare to draw your chariot up into the sky, taking you to the sacred world. Gradually you gather pace and momentum and it is like leaving your terrestrial, earthbound personality behind as you soar away on an adventure of the spirit.

You can place your total trust in the horses drawing your chariot, for they are lifting you to higher, transcendental realms.
